Returns and Exchanges
 We will gladly provide store credit or make an exchange for your return provided the item is in new condition within 10 days of purchase. The product must be in new condition; tags attached and show absolutely no signs of usage. The final decision as to whether or not an item is returnable is at the discretion of PowerEquipmentDealer.com. For the safety of others, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on load bearing gear. Load bearing gear consists of, but not limited to, the following: ropes, fliplines, carabiners, belay devices, rappel devices and harnesses. If you feel an item purchased is defective, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-772-0987 for further instructions. It is our policy to adhere to the manufacturers warranty specifications.
